Sieb's Pub, a bar and restaurant that offers good food, live music and a comfortable atmosphere, all with an Irish theme. Years back, the location was known as Prince Valliant's, and now has changed hands into the care of owner Judy Siebert and family. The location now offers an Irish theme, with the feeling of something reminiscent of a neighborhood bar where everyone knows each other.
As you enter, what is most noticeable is the presence of Irish flags and other memorabilia at Sieb's Pub. Formerly The Babcock, the club offers a full bar and separate dining room. Aside from taking part in what the menu has to offer or getting a nightcap with a chum, Sieb's Pub offers live music on weekends featuring genres ranging from Irish music to Top 40, Jazz and Soul.
